Product Information

Many of our products are made from natural wood. As with many natural products their imperfections are their charm and why we love them so much. Natural imperfections of wood products include, but are not limited to:

• uneven colour texture and grain
• uneven absorption of stain, paint and glue. 
• Pin holes
• Knots

Natural imperfections of wood products are not considered a fault and therefore is not accepted as a reason for replacement or refund of a product.

Adult supervision is required for all products from our website.

We do our best to ensure that the colours of any products are accurately displayed. Please note, that on occasion the colour on our Site may seem different, depending on the device you use this can be for a number of reasons which are outside of our reasonable control, and may not accurately reflect the colour of the product.

Product Safety

We pride ourselves on ensuring each and every product meets and exceeds the Australian & New Zealand safety standards. Careful testing and approvals are conducted to ensure you are receiving the safest and best products.

All our wood is FSC certified - A000519 and our products conform to AS/NZ ISO: 8124 safety standards.

We also use non-toxic water based paints and varnishes that have been independently certified to ensure your little ones will be safe whilst having fun.

Pre-orders

Where a product is not yet available or out of stock you must pay the full purchase price of the product in order to secure your pre-order. You acknowledge and agree that we cannot guarantee the date that these pre-ordered products will be fulfilled, any dates which may appear on our website are indications/ estimates only.
