Refunds

Until further notice, we will not provide a refund where you have changed your mind about products purchased from Little Pegz.

Faulty products

With Proof of Purchase

If the product you buy from Little Pegz is faulty then we will cheerfully refund the purchase price, exchange or repair the product at sole discretion of Little Pegz.

Little Pegz reserves the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to providing you with a suitable remedy. 

Returns on faulty items

To be eligible for a return on a faulty item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

In addition, please note that the deduction of original shipping charges from the refund applies to all returns, including those for faulty items. Furthermore, refunds will be processed only upon the successful receipt and inspection of the returned item.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If one of your items become unavailable after purchasing Little Pegz will notify you by email and issue a refund for this product. 

We will not issue refunds for the products in stock. 

If your parcel arrives damaged 

Oh no! Sorry to hear your parcel was damaged.

While our courier partners take a lot of care in delivering your parcel safely, sometimes things don’t go to plan.  

Take a photo of the damage that includes: 

* the packaging,

* the parcel label (clearly showing the reference number), and

* the damaged item. 

Send through an email to info@littlepegz.com.au 

You'll need to do this within 1 business day after the parcel has been delivered – after that, we are unble to complete the request.

Product Disclaimer

Natural imperfections of wood products are not considered a fault and therefore is not accepted as a reason for replacement or refund of a product. Natural imperfections of wood products include, but are not limited to:

  • uneven colour texture and grain
  • uneven absorption of stain and paint
  • Pin holes
  • Knots
